Tool Reclamation Means Cost Savings
Our partnership with Numill enables us to offer a repair service for Indexable Tools. A reclaimed tool will give the same level of performance as a new tool but offers a cost saving of up to 70% of the cost of the new tool.
- All reclamation work is carried out to the manufacturers' standards.
- All tools are repaired using a non-distorting high strength weld deposit.
Final heat treatment gives a strength of 45-50 Rockwell C to withstand deformation, damage and premature failure.All tools are inspected using the latest CNC tool presetters.
